Those pipes are crap! The high pipe, XR750 racer pipe, is the only one that looks good IMO.
I’m not a Harley guy but these are super cool.
Give me the Fatbob any day, I've owned both and the dyna was superior
I want to buy a digital conversion kit like that for my 2016 iron883, can you help me with advice?
How did the windshield work? Did it provide some wind protection at least?
Ill take the Road King all day long....but, they're both fine It's just a personal thing...no biggy
I liked the old heritage much better. More comfortable and felt more planted on the highway. They don’t corner as well as the new ones but it comes at the expense of that sitting deep down low in the bike feeling. I needed a bike to travel on but didn’t want a fairing bike. I liked the old heritage better than the new heritage AND the road king. The new heritage just felt smaller and more cramped. Yep it corners leans more but I don’t care about that. So I’d buy a road king over a new heritage….but I like the old heritage over BOTH the new heritage and new road king. So I found a 2016 heritage mint condition with 9k miles on it for 11k bucks instead of 26k for a new one 👍 Just to be clear….its not just the styling that’s different about the new model heritage. It’s a more “ sporty” bike than the old heritage. But it lost some of its touring strengths in my opinion. The old heritage runs the highway more like a road king does today but with a different feeling of sitting deeper down into the bike. Which is why so many have chosen a heritage over a road king over the years. But now for touring I definitely agree the road king wins out bec the new heritage just isn’t as comfy as the old ones…but it’s more sporty One last thing….yea the 103 HO twin cam sounds way better and meaner 😂😂. I don’t really care about being faster. It’s fast enough to get you killed !
What is the stock cam in a 14 103?
I got it on my 21 Fatboy and is going Crazy if I put the throttle😂
Hate the exhaust . . Should have been a 2 into 1 setup.
Hi all: I have a 2012 Police Rd. king that I’ve had now for about five years and never had any problems with it. I bought it. In Rochester, New Hampshire at Sea Coast HarleyDavidson, they leased police bikes to the police stations in the area, they go over the whole bike. There’s no cut wires. All the tires are new and they sell them pretty cheap.
this motor is for experienced riders ONLY. Ride with a BRAIN or you will be smeared all over the Highway like peanut butter.
Pipes sound great
Any whooo? Get the hell off that Harley and get back on your huffy. I’m trying to hear the pipes but no can do with your giggles goofy ass laughing..
I love True Dual Fishtail Exhaust. I'm considering putting on Fishtail Exhaust on my Heritage Classic 114
great video but I just ordered a new 2024 Low Rider ST and I told the manager I want no mileage on it because of employees taking out the new ones without letting it warm up and straight to ripping the streets big island.
Is it RX updated? Or running 266 cams?
I know it’s late to the comment but what brake light is this ? I have a 2017 street rod
Would also like to know
I had a2001 that I bought that needed a bunch of work. Great bike after I dropped a few grand into it.
Excellent
My S&S V124 will smoke that 120r AND came with a 2 year warranty.
He does ride like a bitch though
Duh it’s a sns but when something breaks takes forever to get parts the warranty will run out lol
The softail should have the dyna gas tank and handlebar
What have you done to it to get 145hp,ive fitted a TBR 2 into 1 and dyno to get 127 hp🤔
I’ve got a 2022 H-D FLHTP 114 Electra Glide Standard and I bought it brand new with like 6 miles on it! Mine has the red police switches removed and the illuminated switches installed, it came with a few really nice features like heated grips, cruise control, hill brake assist, ABS, wet traction control, and of course the jiffy stand kill switch! I personally love this bike and I’m in the process of customizing it into a Performance Bagger, little by little! I’m also looking into a stereo, infotainment upgrade and I’m thinking about a Precision Power HDHU.14Si - 7”
We get it it’s loud!!!

Is this a wind up watch.
A FLHTP is a blank canvas. Mine only had 1250 miles on it when I bought it in 2010. I have made so many changes over the years that you can’t even tell what it used to be.
It’s a great Bike
If you’re afraid of it, give it to me! 😹😹
Is that baffle or no baffle
Nice.
good video, I ride a 06 Flhpi, love it, #1 reason to purchase a decommissioned police bike..... Maintenance!. My bike is set for about 4 years before I purchased it from the owner that bought it at auction but never put it back on the road. The oil in the engine was so clean that the first thousand Miles I put on the bike,I left that oil in it. #2 Upgrades already done My bike had a complete camchest upgrade, se203 cams, and by contacting the police department got all maintenance records. I was told that when they do a cam chest on police bikes at the dealer, they take the top apart instead of cutting the pushrods and using adjustables..so fresh breathers and rockerbox gaskets were also replaced....#3 and you said it brother.... price!!!!! I saved $2k over buying a civilian model... Downside #1 is they aren't as clean and pretty when you get them, my floorboards crash bars etc were scraped up but like towmater says," Dents is memories" lol #2 these bikes can be ridden hard, but Honestly I think Harley throws a little extra love in there for the boys in blue..... From my experiences, all cop models are built a little tougher than the civilian models. Both cars and bikes alike. #3 extra wiring splices. One part about buying a used cop bike is you get to make it your own and not worry about putting scratches on it.... My next bike will definitely be another decommissioned flhpi... There's lots of other cool things but every department is different when they get rid of their stuff. Keep it shiny side up.
Oh yeah and no windshield or passenger floorboards!
Why would anyone want to take a standard to a special? Harley takes a standard Road King, strips lots of parts off it then ditches expensive chrome and replaces it with with much cheaper black paint/powder coat. Yes, it is the better looking bike imo but to pay more for less is insane! Only HD could pull this off lol
Do you think the 120R would be a motor for long trips and a a daily rider?
120st (the detuned one) yes but probably not the R one, just because the 120r is exclusively built as a racing motor. Personally I'd say 120ST with a nice set of cams, intake, exhaust and tune, it'll be fast as balls while being more usable than the 120r. Just my opinion though
Hey guys I own a 120r street bob and it can do what a standard Harley can do as in daily and long distance and I would say the tune is a part of the equation.get it tuned for reliability and you'll be fine.but if I only went off the 120r specs on paper I too would think it's not a daily engine but in reality if you tune it for reliability and not all out max horse power you'll be just fine
Went to the dealership to get some prices on 2 Police Road Kings for my Department. The Town President didn't want to take the plunge on a Motorcycle Traffic Unit. So I bought a 2010 FLHTP for myself. This was in 2010, and it now has over 92,000 miles on it. Runs great, burns no oil, only replaced the clutch once at about 65,000 miles. Been riding since 1965, and this is by far the best bike I've ever owned. 4 Road Kings, a Police Shovelhead, a V-Rod Muscle, a Gold Wing and numerous other Hondas, 1966-1984. This beats them all.
Bruhh I just clean the bike and she got her finger prints all over it 😂 I would of been mad after the fact lol
I have a 2017 FLHP and love it . Ive put alot of money into it building it the way i wanted but i love it
just bought a 2020 electra glide police rides like a cadillac
The FXBB may have more power but, I will always prefer the exposed shocks on a FXDB.
I'm riding a 04 electra glide police now. Bought it couple yrs ago 51k on the clock. It was out of mo. I dropped 2500 on mine doing the tensioner, cams, cam plate.oil pump. I believe it had original stock parts. And I caught it just in time. As those plastic parts were shot. But yea she's a tough old broad but I love her. Still haven't painted her yet.
There’s 13 minutes I’ll never get back!
Maybe take the helmet off for the demo so you sound clear....geez
